The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while providing top-tier client service.
Key Responsibilities :
Investigation and Research
- Conduct factual investigations, including obtaining accident reports, witness statements, and expert opinions .
- Obtain and review video evidence in compliance with jurisdictional rules.
- Perform legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law to support case strategy.
- Summarize investigation findings and legal research for attorneys.
