Job Description
- Experience managing Citrix Systems Products and Infrastructure
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop
- Citrix Provisioning Services
- NetScaler SDX / VPX
- Experience managing users via Active Directory Users & Computers (ADUC)
- Experience managing objects in Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor
- Monitoring and optimizing server and virtual desktop infrastructure
- Experience with patch management for Windows Desktop and Server OS
- Experience troubleshooting VDI (Citrix / AVD) related issues
- Experience navigating queues and assignments groups in Service Now
- Experience managing and configuring Ivanti products
- Experience with Microsoft PowerShell
- Collaboration and communication skills is a must
