Client Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to fill the role of Executive Client Associate at Ascendo Resources. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to the Managing Partner and contribute to the success of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.
• Preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and documents for internal and client meetings, demonstrating your expertise.
• Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining secure filing systems, upholding our firm's commitment to confidentiality.
• Assisting in project management tasks and coordinating with internal teams to achieve outstanding results and meet deadlines.
• Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and managing service requests with professionalism and a client-centric approach.
• Coordinating and scheduling client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance, and facilitating effective interactions.
• Contributing to compliance tasks, such as document retention and regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintaining accurate client records and tracking interactions using CRM systems, providing valuable insights for business growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a support role within financial services or wealth management.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-centric approach, able to build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
