As a Client Service Associate you will play a crucial role in supporting our Private Wealth Management team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to high-net-worth clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, providing outstanding service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate client meetings and manage scheduling for advisors, ensuring all appointments are confirmed and prepared for.
- Maintain client records and update information accurately in CRM systems.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with wealth advisors and investment professionals to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Manage client transactions and facilitate account openings, transfers, and closures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and support business development efforts.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards in all client interactions and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client service within the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management or private banking.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
