Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support the growth and optimization of our brand presence on TikTok Shop and Amazon platforms in North America. In this role, you will assist in executing go-to-market strategies, optimizing digital content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance visibility and engagement across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Consumer Experience on Digital Platforms

• Collaborate with global brand teams to ensure creative assets align with platform-specific guidelines and consumer preferences.
• Adapt creative content for TikTok Shop and Amazon audiences to maximize appeal and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and improve creative asset performance.

2. Support Product Detail Page (PDP) Optimization

• Assist in applying SEO best practices to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
• Help refine product titles, descriptions, and bullet points using data-driven insights.
• Monitor analytics tools to track performance and identify optimization opportunities.

3. Track KPIs and Generate Reports

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, traffic, and engagement metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to support digital strategy improvements.
• Assist in preparing performance updates and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

4. Coordinate Agency Collaboration

• Work with marketing agencies to align projects with digital and commercial goals.
• Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and quality control for agency-led initiatives.

5. Contribute to Media Campaign Execution

• Support the setup, execution, and optimization of media campaigns on TikTok and Amazon.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to ensure campaigns meet objectives and target audiences effectively.
• Help analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies.

Additional Responsibilities

• Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Help identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis and market trends.
• Support collaboration between marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless consumer experience.

Expected Outcomes

• TikTok Shop: Assist in executing a robust go-to-market strategy to drive brand growth and visibility.
• Amazon Platforms: Support efforts to optimize product performance and increase sales through PDP enhancements and strategic campaigns.
• Strengthen collaboration with agencies and internal teams to ensure executional excellence.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with TikTok and Amazon platforms, including SEO principles and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in digital marketing and campaign management is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
