Position Summary:

The Finance Manager will oversee and manage financial operations, providing strategic insights and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and planning. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining the integrity of financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategies, streamline processes, and improve financial performance.
• Manage and optimize financial systems, including accounting software (e.g., JD Edwards, Hyperion, Essbase, Excel) for efficient reporting and analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial planning, reporting, and operational processes.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, contributing to long-term financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, with a focus on operational finance and recent experience managing a team.
• Demonstrated track record of success in financial leadership, including budget management, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in financial and analytical systems, including JD Edwards, Hyperion, Essbase, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and business operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial management.
