Financial Analysis and Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional for a Financial Analysis and Reporting role. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in related functions, ensuring excellence in investment performance evaluation, reporting, and data process automation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of investment performance, distributions, and investor allocations to ensure accurate tracking and compliance with regulations.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills and data management tools to analyze large datasets, automate reporting workflows, and enhance investment and portfolio risk reporting accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively addressing inquiries related to investment performance, allocations, and portfolio risks.
- Partner with accounting teams to verify investment valuations and ensure timely, precise financial statement preparation.
- Develop and deliver detailed reports for investment managers covering performance metrics, compliance updates, and portfolio risk assessments.
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing risk management reporting and streamlining manual workflows to boost operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects related to investment fund operations and data automation, ensuring accurate execution and timely completion.
- Perform internal audits and assessments of fund documentation and operational processes, ensuring data integrity and implementing necessary updates.
- Prioritize automation of data processes to increase reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to safeguard data accuracy, integrate automated reporting systems, and provide customized risk analysis solutions.
Desired Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, R programming, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau.
