Regional Controller – Operations Accounting & Analysis
The Regional Controller will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiencies across our operations. This position will collaborate with operations and corporate leadership to ensure alignment between company strategic initiatives and financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Partner with the Director of FP&A / Operational Accounting to evaluate and streamline accounting and finance processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with Operations and Corporate leadership to align departmental activities with company objectives.
- Cost Management: Work closely with operational teams to analyze cost structures, identify key cost drivers, and implement strategies for cost allocation and optimization.
- Financial Oversight: Manage financial operations and reporting for assigned locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and mentor finance teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial performance and efficiency.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Internal Controls: Monitor and strengthen internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Liaison Role: Act as the primary connection between regional operations and corporate finance.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports and insights to stakeholders at various levels.
