Job Title: PlanSource Implementation Analyst

Location: Remote (Client based in Jacksonville, FL)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled PlanSource Implementation Analyst to join a growing team. This individual will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the firm’s technology offerings for clients. The primary focus will be on building, supporting, and managing benefits administration platforms, working in partnership with broker and client groups to gather specifications and customize benefits enrollment platforms.

Essential Functions:

• Implement, renew, and provide ongoing service for employee benefit enrollment platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and account management teams to understand client needs and review benefit plans to determine system requirements.
• Participate in sales and service calls with clients and the Business Development Team to introduce technology tools.
• Work with carriers, clients, and account teams to facilitate file feeds between systems (benefits, payroll, HRIS).
• Manage data for enrollment and/or employee demographics.
• Use Excel to perform data audits and comparisons.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all enrollment data.
• Troubleshoot client issues and share findings with the team and clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, carriers, and internal departments for successful implementations and ongoing administration.
• Provide support and training to clients and team members on the benefits administration system.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2 years of HRIS/HCM systems experience, particularly in the employee benefits field.
• Prior experience with PlanSource is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and mentor others.
• Ability to present confidently in small and large group settings.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
• Logical problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with ACA Processing.
• Familiarity with carrier Enrollment files, EDI feeds (csv, flat files, ANSI 834, FMLA files).
• Payroll Integration experience.
• Case building/Implementation experience required.
