Senior Litigation Attorney

Location: Orlando, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Starts at $100K base 20% bonus on settled cases

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with expertise in First Party Property (FPP) and homeowner litigation to manage complex property disputes. This role involves handling FPP litigation cases from start to finish, including legal research, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and courtroom representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage homeowner FPP litigation cases, ensuring timely resolution.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on property claims.
• Collaborate with adjusters, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate case resolution.
• Stay updated on Florida property law and insurance regulations.

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• 5 years of experience in FPP and homeowner litigation.
• Strong knowledge of Florida property insurance law.
• Excellent communication, case management, and advocacy skills.
• Trial experience preferred.
