Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Loan Operations Department, including Closing, Loan Servicing, and Escrow Services.
- Oversee loan documentation reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including flood laws and insurance requirements.
- Supervise teams responsible for processing, booking, and maintaining loans, ensuring quality control and accuracy in all operations.
- Develop and implement workflows to improve efficiency across all units of the department.
- Monitor and manage post-closing activities, including data maintenance, reporting, and auditing.
- Provide support for audits related to compliance, FDICIA, CEIS, and OCC regulations.
- Analyze existing operational processes and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and streamline procedures.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to build a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems, such as imaging systems and digital repositories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless loan operations and optimal client satisfaction.
