They are seeking a candidate who is results-oriented marketer with a knack for strategy and analytics!
Reporting directly to the Marketing and Product Manager, you will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, optimizing marketing spend, and achieving our growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across various acquisition channels (e.g., paid social, search, content, email, referrals).
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, working closely with external agencies to maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain customer personas and segmentation strategies for improved targeting.
- Collaborate with the content team to align marketing campaigns with content strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Present marketing performance reports and insights to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a growth marketing or marketing analyst role, preferably in Fintech, Tech, or high-growth consumer brands.
- Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Expertise in paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
