Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering tailored financial solutions.
- Assist with branch operations, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and ATM balancing.
- Open, maintain, and close accounts while ensuring proper documentation is collected and verified.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs and contribute to business growth.
- Support security measures to safeguard customer information and branch assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- 2 years of experience in retail banking, customer service, or cash-handling roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to provide top-tier customer service and build lasting relationships.
