Vice President Finance

A leading company in the health food manufacturing industry is seeking a dynamic VP of Finance to oversee financial strategy, planning, and operations. This executive role will drive financial performance, optimize cost structures, and support long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing finance, financial leadership, and strategic planning within the food or consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive profitability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management to ensure financial stability.
• Lead cost control initiatives, margin analysis, and pricing strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Manage financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements to maintain accuracy and transparency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic growth, operational efficiency, and business expansion.
• Implement and oversee cash flow management, capital investments, and debt financing strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team, ensuring efficiency and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 10 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing, food production, or consumer goods.
• Expertise in cost accounting, financial modeling, and strategic planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and data analytics tools.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive operational improvements, and influence business decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience presenting to executives and stakeholders.
