Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients through consistent communication and support
- Manage operational tasks including client onboarding, account maintenance, and transaction processing
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Support wealth advisors with administrative needs and customized client requests
- Participate in team initiatives and contribute to special projects as needed
- Assist with event coordination and office-level activities to support market visibility
Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting clients in a wealth management or financial advisory environment
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses is a plus (or willing to obtain if not currently held)
- Detail-driven and exceptionally organized in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
