Job Summary :
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle warranty claims and provide exceptional support to our clients. This role involves processing warranty claims, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring claims are handled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate warranty policies and procedures while delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls and emails related to warranty claims, policy coverage, and claim status.
- Assist customers with claim submissions, approvals, denials, and required documentation .
- Accurately process claims using company systems while following warranty policies and procedures.
- Investigate claims, verify customer information, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Work closely with service centers and vendors to obtain necessary claim details.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and claims in company databases.
- Identify potential fraudulent claims and refer them for further review.
