The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues. The primary responsibilities include :
- Customer Interaction : Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
- Order Management : Processing sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Issue Resolution : Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns, including billing issues and product inquiries.
- Documentation : Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's ERP system.
- Communication : Proactively updating customers on order statuses, changes, and delays.
- Continuous Improvement : Identifying and suggesting enhancements to improve the overall customer experience.
Schedule : Monday- Friday; 8am-5pm
Pay : $17-$18 an hour
