What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry position at Ascendo?
Key Responsibilities :
- Equipment and Facility Support : Provide resolution for issues related to tractors, trailers, and inspection facilities through phone and email communication.
- Inspection Review and Compliance : Review, interpret, research, and update Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Maintenance Report Review : Analyze and update tractor and trailer maintenance reports, federal periodic inspections, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
- Documentation Interpretation and Communication : Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and clearly communicate findings through routine reports and correspondence.
- Enforcement of Compliance : Enforce Landstar Equipment Compliance, DOT regulations, and other state or local policies through clear communication with contracted drivers.
