Job Title : Scheduling Specialist
Overview :
The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of roughs and trims, as well as rescheduling tasks for underground and tug operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
None.
Key Responsibilities :
- Schedule all roughs and trims using Computer Ease software for dispatch.
- Utilize Supply Pro to schedule and communicate with builders regarding rough and trim timelines.
- Maintain and update the master schedule; promptly notify the relevant department or client about any schedule changes or delays.
- Schedule inspections for underslab, tugs, roughs, and tug changeovers / pre-power (for specific counties).
- Process and pay for failed inspection fees, and generate reports for failed inspections.
- Track passed and failed inspections in Excel for subdivisions and keep inspection logs on a shared drive.
- Resolve issues with scheduling inspections by coordinating with county authorities (e.g., linking the Master Notice of Commencement to building and electrical permits).
- Check builder websites regularly for updates on job sites.
- Be flexible and cover other locations when team members are absent.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
