Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee multiple audit engagements for privately-held business clients, including planning, fieldwork, and completion stages.
- Lead a team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster their professional growth.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive audit plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
- Perform detailed testing of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
- Review audit workpapers, financial statements, and related reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business operations, challenges, and objectives, and provide value-added recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional client service.
