Job Title : Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support to drive business performance and support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Planning & Analysis : Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Provide detailed variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance.
- Reporting : Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, highlighting trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Business Partnering : Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs, provide financial insights, and support strategic initiatives.
- Modeling : Build and maintain financial models to analyze scenarios, assess risk, and support business cases for new projects or investments.
- Performance Metrics : Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ad Hoc Analysis : Conduct detailed ad hoc analyses as requested by management to support decision-making processes.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies, as well as adherence to relevant financial regulations.
- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality outputs.
