POSITION SUMMARY: The Credit Analyst is responsible for managing accounts receivable, assessing credit risks, and recommending credit limits based on customer performance. This role involves collecting overdue accounts, reviewing existing credit lines, maintaining accurate customer records, and updating delinquent account information. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are key to success. The Credit Analyst is also expected to seek feedback, participate in training, and handle additional duties as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Satisfactorily performing and/or achieving the following. Responsibilities are essential duties of the job.
- Collection of overdue accounts receivable.
- Assessing and managing credit risks.
- Making and/or recommending credit limits.
- Review of current credit lines based on customer performance.
- Establishing, maintaining and updating customer accounts.
- Update records on delinquent accounts.
- Responds positively to other duties that may be assigned in the scope of the job.
- Seeks formal and informal performance assessments, including performance versus expectations.
- Actively participates in required training, development programs, and electives as suits one’s needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES/PROFICIENCIES – Satisfactorily achieving and/or meeting the following Experience, Competencies, and Proficiencies that are essential duties of the job:
- Experience and/or Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other relate field highly desired. High School diploma or GED required. 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, accounting or related position.
- Computer Skills: The employee can use the equipment and software required to accomplish the responsibilities of this position. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience using ERP system preferred.
- Experience in a paperless workflow environment.
- Ability to analyze and research information.
- Possesses good interpersonal skills.
- Possesses strong attention to detail.
- Above average time management skills.
- Raises issues and concerns promptly.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Documents work in a clear and concise manner.

- Experience with Billtrust preferred but not required.

SCHEDULE: The standard work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, as an hourly employee, you may occasionally need to work beyond these hours to meet job demands and will be eligible for overtime.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel not required.
