POSITION SUMMARY : The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing new, used, and rental equipment readiness and sourcing. This position will assist Account Managers to ensure CRM quoting is complete, attachments sourced, logistics quoted, and agreements processed. Market knowledge and competitive data benchmarking is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Satisfactorily performing and / or achieving the following Responsibilities are essential duties of the job.
- Sources rental equipment.
- Processes and manages rental agreements.
- Tracks availability of rental and used fleet.
- Assists Account Managers with quotes to improve customer response time.
- Ensures profit targets are met on equipment sales and rentals.
- Develops and manages a lead process for North Carolina and Tennessee.
- Researches market data (EDA, market reports, etc.) and utilize this information to prospect and make cold calls.
- Shares market competitive data with management.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with vendors and contacts in all regions and in the corporate office.
- Serves as inside sales contact for walk-in customers.
- Seeks formal and informal performance assessments, including performance versus expectations.
- Actively participates in required training, development programs, and electives.
- Other duties as assigned.
