Ascensa Health is currently seeking an Admissions / MAT Coordinator.
Duties include but are not limited to :
1. Assists the Clinical Director for MAT program and Admissions development.
2. Manages day-to-day functions of all aspects of the MAT and Admissions Programs, including treatment programming, documentation, and scheduling of medications.
3. Oversees / Guides the CARES case managers in managing the day-to-day functions of all aspects of the program.
4. Completes verified diagnosis on all residential and outpatient admissions.
5. Provides clinical support and supervision to Admissions Counselors.
LPC or LCSW is required.
