About Your Role
As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll have the unique opportunity to make a profound impact on your patients' lives by providing personalized care in their own homes.
You'll work one-on-one with patients to help them regain strength and independence, enabling them to participate in daily activities they love, such as attending church or working in their garden.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program
- Current State License
- CPR Certification, Negative TB Screen, and Hepatitis Consent/Declination
- Minimum One Year Experience in Home Health Setting
