Job Summary
As an Inventory Supervisor you must oversee the accurate recording of all compliance into the state mandated tracking system., the transportation & delivery assignment of Customer sales orders to ensure 100% compliance with the State of Ohio dual-use Marijuana bylaws and directives. Weekly and Monthly inventory audit of finished and unfinished products.
Production
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the storage vault.
· Responsible for verifying all plant waste generated.
· Accurately and efficiently weigh and package product for final sale.
· Inspect product being packaged to meet the standards of the company.
· Create, examine, and check labels for accuracy.
· Ensure loss prevention with proper tracking of all products.
· Fulfillment and delivery.
· Assist with inventory of all packages with a METRC tag.
· Inventory all batches prepared for trimming.
· Create inventory tracking records in accordance with the State of Ohio.
· Keep accurate records of all loss or differences in weight.
· Inform Sales team of updated product for menu to be released.
· Oversee the creation of METRC tags for items leaving the facility.
· Scheduling and creating manifests for deliveries of sales orders
· Pull orders for deliveries.
· Oversee the accuracy of METRC manifests for each delivery.
· Ensure drivers are properly equipped for deliveries.
· Strong relationship management and the ability to drive multiple tasks to completion successfully.
· Requires some weekend, holiday, and evening work.
METRC & Testing
· METRC knowledge and proficiency
· Assist with creating packages, product IDs and Item Brands
· Prepare product for testing following State of Ohio procedures.
· Ensure accuracy of data entry for manifests in METRC.
· Ensure minimal mistakes and issues are made (while correcting any issues in a timely manner according to MMCP rules).
· Perform any additional tasks as requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintaining inventory accuracy within METRC. Ensure all proper daily transactions are made accurately and consistently.
· Assure daily compliance with company policies, state and local regulations, and security protocols.
· Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes, and organizational rules, regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures.
Must be 21 years or older
Must pass a background check through FBI/BCI and approved by State of Ohio
