About the role
The Production Shift Lead will be responsible for supporting the roasting team with a diverse range of tasks, including prepping green coffee, packing bags and boxes, cold brew production, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Roastery workspace and laboratory. The Production Shift Lead will lead the production shift, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards and fostering a collaborative work environment. The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7 : 00-4 : 00.
What you"ll do
Oversee the production and shipping to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all operations.
- Demonstrates high integrity, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records.
- Contribute to routine cleaning and maintenance of roasting and production equipment; establish a thorough working knowledge of all systems; maintain a tidy work area.
