Apartment Maintenance Technician (Ticket Runner)
Beaumont, Texas
The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance duties, while working with team members in maintaining the physical integrity, make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects for the apartment community. Strives to provide a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and anyone else working or visiting the property.
Duties & Responsibilities
Diagnose and perform minor, routine maintenance and repairs.
- Appliances
- Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
- Interior/exterior lights
- Doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
- Boiler, gas and electric
- Locks
- Pool areas, pool furniture
- Electrical and plumbing (including water lines)
- Assist with A/C and heating systems
Performs all needed repairs and services. Assist make-ready staff, as required to meet deadlines
Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
General apartment maintenance
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance
Valid Driver's License
