Job Summary

The ISSM (Information System Security Manager) will be responsible for managing the security of information systems and networks in the organization. The ISSM will work closely with the IT team to ensure that all systems and networks are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures for information systems and networks
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as HIPAA, PCI, and GDPR
• Manage security incidents and respond to security breaches
• Provide security training and awareness to employees
• Collaborate with IT team to implement security controls and technologies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security management
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and CIS
• Strong knowledge of network and system security technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred

Working Conditions

The ISSM will work in an office environment and may be required to work outside of regular business hours to respond to security incidents or perform maintenance tasks.
