We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the drafting, negotiation, and management of commercial contracts across domestic and international operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a keen understanding of global contract law and best practices.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage contractual obligations and track performance to identify and resolve any discrepancies or disputes.
- Mitigate risk by identifying potential issues and working cross-functionally to implement strategic solutions.
- Ensure contract compliance with applicable laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management (CLM) using Ironclad or a similar platform, maintaining system accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Foster collaboration and communication among legal, finance, procurement, and business teams.
- Handle document management including version control, formatting, proofreading, and template updates.
- Continuously improve contract processes and workflows, leveraging data to enhance accuracy and compliance.
- Generate reports and manage data related to contract status, renewals, and compliance trends.
- Paralegal certification or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in legal/contracts field.
- 5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a legal support role—preferably with international exposure.
- Proficiency in Ironclad or other CLM systems.
- Strong understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and risk management principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Technically savvy with a process-driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced setting.
