Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Associate or Senior Counsel Attorney with civil litigation experience (preferably in the area of general liability / premises liability / trucking / maritime) to join our client's office in Coral Gables, FL
When you join our clietn's team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters.
This position is hybrid and offers work-from-home and in-office workdays.
Skills / Qualifications :
- JD from accredited law school
- Current Florida Bar admission
- 5 years of litigation experience (insurance defense / product liability / trucking)
- Strong writing and analytical skills is a must
- Large scale motion experience
- Trial experience, preferred
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
