Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is looking to hire an Associate with 4 – 6 years of experience to join our client's New York office. Successful candidates will have U.S. capital markets experience in representing underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings. Experience representing public companies in ’34 Act work a plus but is not required.
Salary: $265,000 - $390,000
