Our national law firm client is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts attorney (a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience) to join its Business Group. The attorney will work with the Firm’s small and large business clients in various industry sectors and regularly work with talented attorneys across the Firm’s six offices.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience with contracts in the consumer goods and/or consumer products industry, including Manufacturing Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Sales Broker Agreements, Raw Material Supply Agreements, Packaging Supply Agreements, Equipment Leases, Equipment Purchase Agreements, and Product Purchase and Sale/Supply Agreements. A portable book of business is required.

Candidates in Seattle, WA, Spokane, WA, Portland, OR, New York, NY, or Washington, D.C. areas will be considered.
The successful candidate will have:
- 7 or more years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts, with a strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse industries;
- A portable book of business is required;
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice law required;
- Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and writing skills;
- A client-service approach and exceptional communication skills;
- Enthusiasm to work as part of a diverse team or independently;
- The ability to manage significant individual responsibilities;
- The ability to work on and manage multiple projects at one time;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; and
- Responsive and professional service.
Salary Range:
The annualized salary range for this position is $200,000 to $325,00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
