Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our client's New York or New Jersey Offices with solid experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings and leasing.
Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- College degree and/or paralegal certificate and 5 years of experience required.

- Salary is commensurate with experience.
- The salary range for this position is $76,500 to $179,000.
