Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an associate with 3 to 7 years of litigation experience to join our client's Construction Litigation Practice Group.
- The associate will work closely with 2 Board Certified Construction partners who represent a wide variety of clients in complex, large-dollar construction disputes.
- The ideal candidate will love being in the courtroom and can cover hearings and depositions independently.
- Top academic credentials and excellent litigation skills is highly preferred.
- The candidate will work in a collaborative environment and must be organized, diligent, and comfortable in court.

- Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar.
- Candidate must have relevant complex litigation experience, ideally with a focus on Construction matters.
