Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a corporate tax attorney for its client's New York office.
The New York office seeks an attorney with four to six years of corporate transactional experience for the corporate/tax group. The group has a broad practice of corporate transactional work, including private equity M&A and financings, joint ventures, strategic alliance transactions and restructuring for investment funds. Candidates should have an interest in broad-based transactional work. Experience with tax work is a plus. Candidates should have top US or Canadian academics and law firm credentials.
