A prominent Florida law firm is seeking a team of talented Corporate, Tax, and Probate attorneys to join its Orlando office. This is an outstanding opportunity for both seasoned partners with a proven book of business and motivated associates to contribute to the firm’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner-Level Attorneys:
- Lead and expand the firm’s Corporate, Tax, and Probate practice in Orlando.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving business development initiatives.
- Mentor and collaborate with associates to deliver exceptional legal services.
- Manage complex matters across corporate transactions, estate planning, tax law, and probate.
Associate Attorneys:
- Assist in handling corporate transactions, estate planning, tax compliance, and probate matters.
- Support partners in client relationships and case management.
- Conduct legal research, draft documents, and prepare filings for various matters.
- Participate in hearings, negotiations, and client consultations.
Qualifications:
Partner-Level Attorneys:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate, Tax, and/or Probate law.
- Strong book of business with proven leadership capabilities.
- Admission to the Florida Bar (required).
Associate Attorneys:
- 2-6 years of experience in Corporate, Tax, and/or Probate law.
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Admission to the Florida Bar (required).
