A respected law firm in Morristown, NJ, is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with 3 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling insurance coverage matters and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage opinions to clients on complex issues.
- Represent clients in coverage disputes, including litigation and arbitration, in both state and federal courts.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs related to insurance coverage matters.
- Handle all aspects of case management, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Advise clients on risk management and strategies to mitigate potential exposure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation and counseling.
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required; admission to the New York Bar is a plus.
