Our client, a respected law firm based in Coral Gables, FL, is seeking a Junior Business Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business litigation, with proven abilities in managing case files, drafting legal documents, and handling client communications. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes cases in a supportive, collaborative environment that values professional growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support business litigation cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Participate in all stages of litigation, from pre-trial preparation to trial, and handle cases efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings as needed.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on legal issues, risks, and potential outcomes, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Work closely with senior attorneys on complex cases, contributing to case strategy and development.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis, presenting findings in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless case management.
