Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a mid-senior litigation associate for our client's New York office with at least 3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
- The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts is required.
- Prior large case and/or firm experience is preferred.
- New York Bar required, and New Jersey Bar preferred.

The expected salary range for this position is between $200,000-$325,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
