Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search seeks to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate with law firm experience to join our client's finance practice group in the New York office. The ideal candidate will have between four to five years of law firm experience in a finance-based practice, including experience in leveraged finance, cash flow transactions, or experience with representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and/or other private or public corporations, in Borrower side finance transactions.
Candidate must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills. New York bar membership is required.
