Our Am Law 100 client, a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a mid-level Patent Litigation Associate in their New York office's Intellectual Property and Technology group. They offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. Our client is consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100; the Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from variety of industries across the country.
Candidate should have a minimum of 6-7 years of patent litigation experience. Must have experience with all aspects of patent litigation including pleadings, written discovery, brief writing, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, etc. This qualified individual must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong legal research, writing and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated and flexible. Prior experience at a peer law firm is preferred. Must be admitted in New York.
The expected pay range for this position is: $390,000-$420,000 Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
