Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking an Attorney with 4 to 7 years of multistate state and local tax planning, tax litigation and tax controversy experience. LL.M. degree in taxation is preferred. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Qualified candidates can be resident in any office where the firm has an office. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be working.
