Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of experience who is eager to gain extensive trial experience and advance their litigation skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of complex litigation matters. This role is remote and attorneys will need to come into the office as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials, gaining valuable hands-on courtroom experience.
- Work closely with senior attorneys on trial preparation and strategy.
- Maintain client communications and provide case updates.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Bar license in [State].
- 4-8 years of litigation experience, with an interest in trial advocacy.
- Civil litigation and/or personal injury experience is a plus.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
