We are searching for a motivated Sales Associate to join our sales team! The Sales Associate will work on behalf of our award-winning client Inspire, which is a leading provider of clean and renewable energy services. The Sales Associate will build relationships with potential customers to discover their needs by providing individualized customer service. The Sales Associate will actively seek out and engage with both existing and new customer prospects directly. The Sales Associate must be responsible, dependable, assertive, goal-driven, and have a desire for long-term personal and professional growth. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to negotiate and build relationships.
SALES ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly present and promote clean energy solutions to existing and potential customers through in-person sales interactions, ensuring the solutions align with their needs
- Develop basic presentations, quotes, and proposals for individual customers as needed
- Generate sales by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
- Accelerate the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
- Analyze the territory’s potential, track sales, and status reports to achieve agreed upon sales targets
- Provide reports to management on customer needs, problems, and interests
- Evaluate all competitors’ activities including new product launches or price reductions
SALES ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years work experience as a sales agent preferred
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel, managers, and coworkers
- Above average work ethic, high energy and engaging attitude
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent, interpersonal, selling, and negotiation skills
- Travel within a 20-mile radius to assigned territories
