- Conduct Medical Assessments – Complete intake assessments including vitals, medical history, interviews, and drug screenings.
- Administer Medications – Dispense medications according to treatment plans and monitor for effectiveness.
- Educate Patients – Provide clear guidance on medications and health information to support recovery.
- Maintain Documentation – Generate and reconcile monthly MARs and ensure accurate records.
- Support Facility Operations – Assist with administrative tasks, front desk coverage, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Assist with Diagnostics – Support the medical team with tests and procedures.
- Provide Family Education – Help patients and families understand care plans and treatment expectations.
- Contribute to Team Goals – Collaborate with Recovery Support Specialists and other staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Current Iowa LPN license
- At least 6 months of experience as an LPN; experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment is a plus
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment
