WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Patient Care & Medical Assessments
- Conduct medical assessments for patients during the intake process, including reviewing medical history, taking vitals, and performing drug screenings.
- Oversee confidential health risk assessments and ensure patients have access to counseling and testing services.
- Educate patients on medication adherence and provide relevant health information tailored to their care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and medical needs throughout their recovery journey.
Facility Support & Operations
- Assist in the daily operations of the facility, including front desk support and administrative responsibilities.
- Generate and review monthly Medication Administration Records (MARs), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program protocols and best practices in behavioral health.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE:
A dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse who is passionate about behavioral health and substance use treatment. You are a team player, problem-solver, and patient advocate ready to make a difference.
QUALIFICATIONS:
✔ Current Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain before start date).
✔ Experience working with substance use disorder patients (preferred).
✔ Knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols and best practices in addiction treatment.
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients on medication adherence and self-care.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
✔ Must have or be able to obtain a current First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
✔ Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining attention to detail.
WORK CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Setting: Indoors, environmentally controlled facility.
- Physical Requirements: Frequent sitting, standing, and repetitive motions; occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Communication: Regular interactions via email, phone, video, and in-person discussions.
