The Program & Resident Experience Manager will be responsible for supporting the Executive Director and program management team to oversee the daily operations of the program, ensuring that it is run efficiently and effectively while developing goals, strategies, and relationships to further the program mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Service Delivery: Ensure the smooth implementation of interventions and services designed to support individuals with substance use disorders.
- Staff Management: Lead and manage the Recovery Support Specialist Supervisor and their team, ensuring adherence to the approved treatment schedule.
- Facility Management: Oversee third-party vendor relationships and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients and staff.
- Client Rights: Uphold and enforce client rights as outlined in the policy and procedure manual.
- External Collaboration: Partner with external organizations to leverage resources and enhance program effectiveness.
Resident Experience
- Identify and secure facilitators and locations for a variety of extracurricular therapeutic activities, including yoga, dietary workshops, nursing workshops, spiritual guidance, off-campus NA/AA meetings, equine/animal therapy, music therapy, LEADS, H&I, off-campus volunteer work, and more.
- Coordinate program activities by scheduling events, workshops, and support groups
- Collaborate with facilitators and locations to integrate activities into the weekly program schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all facilitators and locations.
- Ensure all necessary materials are ordered and prepared for scheduled activities.
- Monitor the performance of facilitators and locations, addressing any concerns that arise.
