- Therapy Services: Provide group therapy and counseling, and coordinate family therapy programs.
- Quality and Compliance: Review client records for quality, ensure compliance with state regulations, and participate in quality assurance and utilization reviews.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the facility's operations and goals.
- Must possess one of the following: CADC, LMHC, LMSW or LISW
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology preferred.
- 4 years of experience in a behavioral healthcare treatment setting.
- 4 years of experience working with substance use/mental health disorders.
- Strong knowledge of management principles, clinical systems, operations, supervision, billing/collections, quality assurance, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.
- Must have or, within 30 days from hire, be able to obtain a current First Aid and CPR card.
