We are currently hiring for two key roles:
- Canvassing Manager – Lead and motivate a high-performing team of canvassers.
- Canvassing Sales Team – Join a team responsible for generating high-quality leads and making direct sales.
What You’ll Do
For Canvassing Manager:
- Lead and inspire a team of canvassers, driving them to meet and exceed lead generation goals
- Develop and implement canvassing strategies to maximize community outreach and engagement
- Train, mentor, and coach team members in effective canvassing techniques and client communication
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and motivation to ensure success
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead transitions and high customer satisfaction
- Represent Ascension Roofing at community events, storm recovery initiatives, and other outreach activities
For Canvassing Sales Team:
- Engage with homeowners and businesses to educate them on storm damage and roofing solutions
- Generate high-quality leads through door-to-door canvassing and community outreach
- Present roofing solutions and secure appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with potential clients to build relationships and provide ongoing communication
- Work closely with the Canvassing Manager to ensure smooth transitions and meet sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Canvassing Manager: Proven experience in leadership and sales, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward success
- Sales Team: Experience in canvassing, sales, or community outreach with a passion for engaging with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse homeowners and clients
- High level of integrity and commitment to Ascension Roofing’s core values
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and adaptable to varying weather
- Familiarity with roofing products and storm restoration services is a plus, but not required
